Euloma kettneri was named by Ruzicka (1941). Its type specimen is NM L 18975, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Proteuloma kettneri by Mergl (1984).

    It was synonymized subjectively with Proteuloma kettneri by Mergl (1984).
