Akasakapora masutomii
Taxonomy
Akasakapora masutomii was named by Niko (2009). Its type specimen is KFM 00429 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Futatsuberi on the southern foot of Mt. Kinsho-zan, Akasaka-cho of Ogaki, which is in a Capitanian reef, buildup or bioherm wackestone in the Akasaka Limestone Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Akasakapora.
