Taxonomy
Azarpsocus anjana was named by Álvarez-Parra and Nel (2023). Its type specimen is CES.057.3, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is El Soplao amber, which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in the Las Penosas Formation of Spain.
