Taxonomy
Phenolia (Palaeoronia) haoranae was named by Kirejtshuk and Jenkins Shaw (2023). Its type specimen is BFU (BJFC)HE20230001, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Beijing Forestry University BFU collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Phenolia (Palaeoronia).
