Kelenkura castroi
Taxonomy
Kelenkura castroi was named by Barasoain et al. (2022). Its type specimen is PV-UNS-260, a skull (a laterally compressed cranium, partially complete dorsal carapace, and partial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Epu Leufú site, Arroyo Chasicó locality, which is in a Chasicoan terrestrial horizon in the Arroyo Chasicó Formation of Argentina. It is the type species of Kelenkura.
