Gansuaeschnidia hongi
Taxonomy
Gansuaeschnidia hongi was named by Zhang et al. (2022). Its type specimen is NIGP200689, a hindwing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Qingquan village, Yumen City (NIGP collection), which is in an Aptian terrestrial mudstone in the Chijinbao Formation of China. It is the type species of Gansuaeschnidia.
