Pseudoameropterus ambiguus
Taxonomy
Pseudoameropterus ambiguus was named by Jepson and Makarkin (2023). Its type specimen is USNM PAL 626076, a hindwing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kishenehn (Greenwalt collection), which is in a Lutetian lacustrine - large shale in the Kishenehn Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Pseudoameropterus.
