Pakicarcinus whittenensis
Taxonomy
Panopeus whittenensis was named by Glaessner (1980). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Whitten Bluff, Tortachilla Limestone, which is in an Eocene marine horizon in the Tortachilla Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Pakicarcinus whittenensis by Schweitzer et al. (2010).
