Mionictis angustidens
Taxonomy
Brachypsalis angustidens was named by Hall (1930). Its type specimen is CIT 44, a mandible (fragment of left mandibular ramus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kern River, which is in a Clarendonian terrestrial horizon in the Kern River Formation of California.
It was recombined as Mionictis angustidens by Baskin (1998).
