Praepusa procaspica

Phoca procaspica was named by Gadzhiev (1961) [This taxon was supposedly named in Gadzhiev 1961, but this is a dissertation. This type specimen is a neotype.]. Its type specimen is EL-I a IPB, a set of limb elements, and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Praepusa procaspica by Rule and Park (2024), Vanishvili (2024).
