Navajovius kohlhaasae
Taxonomy
Navajovius kohlhaasae was named by Matthew and Granger (1921). Its type specimen is A.M.N.H. No. 17390, a partial skull (upper and lower jaws, probably of the same individual), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mason Pocket, which is in a Tiffanian fissure fill shale in Colorado. It is the type species of Navajovius.
