Ginkgoites villardeseoanii
Taxonomy
Ginkgoites villardeseoanii was named by Andruchow-Colombo et al. (2022). Its type specimen is MPEF-Pb 10908, a leaf, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Perfil Lefipán West (PLW), which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial sandstone/mudstone in the Lefipán Formation of Argentina.
