Taxonomy
Parabolinella bolbifrons was named by Fortey and Owens (1997) [= 1996 Parabolinella sp. nov. Owens, p. 69, pl. 1, figs c-D.]. Its type specimen is BRSMG Cb4807 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 192 m W 32° S of Crawless Old Barn, which is in a Cressagian offshore shelf shale/sandstone in the Breadstone Shales Formation of the United Kingdom.
