Paleothius mckayi
Taxonomy
Paleothius mckayi was named by Mnguni et al. (2024). Its type specimen is ESI BP/2/26888, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Orapa (Bernard Price Institute), which is in a Turonian lacustrine - large mudstone in Botswana.
