Paenemarmota sawrockensis

Taxonomy
Marmota sawrockensis was named by Hibbard (1964). Its type locality is Saw Rock Canyon (Lower), which is in a Blancan terrestrial horizon in the Rexroad Formation of Kansas.

It was recombined as Paenemarmota sawrockensis by Voorhies (1988), Nelson and Miller (1990), Martin (1998).
