Notchpeakia milleri
Taxonomy
Notchpeakia milleri was named by Adrain and Westrop (2006). Its type specimen is SUI 101485, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Lave Dam Five (LD5) 16.8T, which is in a Sunwaptan shallow subtidal lime mudstone/grainstone in the Notch Peak Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Notchpeakia.
