Katatychi symptosi
Taxonomy
Katatychi symptosi was named by Vršanský (2024). Its type specimen is PIN 2784/848, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2784), which is in a Kimmeridgian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Katatychi.
