Taxonomy
Marjumia bagginsi was named by Melzak and Westrop (1994). Its type specimen is GSC 108095, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is C-52576. Windy Point, which is in a Marjumian carbonate shale/lime mudstone in the Pika Formation of Canada.
