Rallus montivagorum (Pico rail)
Taxonomy
Rallus montivagorum was named by Alcover et al. (2015). Its type specimen is MCMa 1831.014, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gruta das Torres, Pico Island, which is in a Holocene cave siliciclastic in Portugal.
