Rallus minutus (São Jorge rail)
Taxonomy
Rallus minutus was named by Alcover et al. (2015). Its type specimen is MCMa 1950.014, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Algar do Pasto do Engenheiro, São Jorge Island, which is in a Holocene cave siliciclastic in Portugal.
