Zodiolestes daimonelixensis
Taxonomy
Zodiolestes daimonelixensis was named by Riggs (1942) [genotype]. Its type specimen is FMNH P12032, a partial skeleton (an articulated skeleton, almost entire), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Zodiolestes Locality, which is in a Harrisonian terrestrial horizon in the Harrison Formation of Nebraska. It is the type species of Zodiolestes.
