Sinoadapis carnosus

Taxonomy
Sinoadapis carnosus was named by Wu and Pan (1985). Its type specimen is PA 885, China, a mandible (left mandible with associated p4-m2 and right mandible with associated m1-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lufeng, which is in a Tortonian fluvial-lacustrine lignite/mudstone in China. It is the type species of Sinoadapis.
