Breviparopus taghbaloutensis
Taxonomy
Breviparopus taghbaloutensis was named by Dutuit and Ouazzou (1980). Its type specimen is Trackway Bre (= trackway 4:00 A.m.1; Deio-D), a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Demnat North tracksite, which is in an Oxfordian/Kimmeridgian terrestrial sandstone/claystone in the Iouaridène Formation of Morocco. It is the type species of Breviparopus.
