Arimidelphis sorbinii

Taxonomy
Arimidelphis sorbinii was named by Bianucci (2005) [Museo Civico di Storia Naturale di Verona]. Its type specimen is S.A.E. 39756, a partial skeleton (partial skull and partial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Poggio Berni, which is in a Piacenzian/Gelasian marine marl in Italy. It is the type species of Arimidelphis.
