Taxonomy
Salpingostoma verrucosum was named by Koken and Perner (1925) [Salpingostoma verrucosum Koken in Koken & Perner 1925]. It is not extant. Its type locality is Tallinn (Reval), which is in a Kunda carbonate limestone in the Pakri Formation of Estonia.
