Moqueguahippus glycisma
Taxonomy
Moqueguahippus glycisma was named by Shockey et al. (2006). It is not extant. Its type specimen is MUSM 348, partial left mandible bearing p1-3, m2-3, a mandible. Its type locality is Moquegua, Upper Moquega Fm, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial horizon in the Upper Moquegua Formation of Peru. It is the type species of Moqueguahippus.
