Schizogalerix macedonica
Taxonomy
Schizogalerix macedonica was named by Doukas et al. (1995) [Authorship restricted to Doukas 1995]. It is not extant. Its type specimen is AMPG MA 3041, a tooth (M1 sin.). Its type locality is Maramena, which is in a Turolian alluvial fan conglomerate/marl in the Lefkon Formation of Greece.
