Metacordylodon schlosseri

Taxonomy
Cordylodon schlosseri was named by Andreae (1904). Its type specimen is Roemer Museum, a mandible (with p4-m2 sin and p1-m2 dext), and it is not a trace fossil. It is the type species of Metacordylodon.

It was recombined as Metacordylodon schlosseri by Schlosser (1911), Hürzeler (1944), Engesser (1972).
