Wang et al. 2024"Medium-sized troodontids are characterized by the following combination of synapomorphies: the presence of strap-like and lightly-built dentary with a medially curved anterior end (character 68:1), the presence of symphyseal foramina (301:1), the presence of rugose symphysis facet (626:1) and the presence of incrassate-shaped dentary teeth (651:1)".
