Magerictis imperialensis
Taxonomy
Magerictis imperialensis was named by Ginsburg et al. (1997). Its type specimen is EO-398, a tooth (m2), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Estacion Imperial, which is in a MN 4/MN 5 terrestrial horizon in Spain. It is the type species of Magerictis.
