Leptostega hyperborea
Taxonomy
Leptostega hyperborea was named by Parkhaev (2005). Its type specimen is PIN 5083/0092, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 7-96.0, left bank of the Bol'shaja Kuonamka River, which is in a Botomian carbonate limestone in the Emyaksin Formation of the Russian Federation.
