Taxonomy
Petasobairdia kozuri was named by Crasquin-Soleau (1998). Its type specimen is MGL 74408, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Episkopi, Sample 48587, Hydra, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Episkopi Formation of Greece.
