Peltopleurus orientalis

Taxonomy
Peltopleurus orientalis was named by Su (1959). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Langmu, Tachai village, Tingshao of Shingyi Hsien, which is in a Longobardian marine shale in the Falang Formation of China.

It was recombined as Habroichthys orientalis by Tintori et al. (2016).
