Helochares undecimstriatum
Taxonomy
Elytridium undecimstriatum was named by Heer (1870) [Heer originally spelled species name as "11-striatum"]. Its type specimen is Nat. Riks. Ar. 47, an elytra, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Cap Staratschin, which is in a Danian/Selandian delta plain shale in the Firkanten Formation of Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
It was recombined as Helochares undecimstriatum by Birket-Smith (1977).
