Copromorpha fossilis
Taxonomy
Copromorpha fossilis was named by Jarzembowski (1980). Its type specimen is NHML In.25766, an exoskeleton (decapitated body and remains of right wing pair), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Bembridge Marls (Hooley coll), which is in a Priabonian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Bouldnor Formation of the United Kingdom.
