Cephalotes obscurus

Taxonomy
Zacryptocerus obscurus was named by Vierbergen and Scheven (1995). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Dominican Amber (MCZ collection), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.

It was recombined as Cephalotes obscurus by de Andrade and Baroni Urbani (1999), Fernández and Sendoya (2004).
