Ignotosaurus fragilis
Taxonomy
Ignotosaurus fragilis was named by Martínez et al. (2013). Its type specimen is PVSJ 884, a set of postcrania (right ilium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is northern edge, Cancha de Bochas, which is in a Carnian terrestrial horizon in the Ischigualasto Formation of Argentina.
