Joania peyrerensis
Taxonomy
Joania peyrerensis was named by Bitner et al. (2013). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.A46532 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Peyrère (=Peyrehorade) marls, which is in a Chattian estuary/bay marl in the Marnes de Saint-Etienne-d’Orthe Formation of France.
