Loriolithyris melaitensis
Taxonomy
Loriolithyris melaitensis was named by Middlemiss (1980). Its type specimen is Gentil Collection no. S. 556/2 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ait Ben Melait, Ida ou Guelluill, Gentil Collection, which is in a Barremian deep subtidal shelf marl/limestone in Morocco.
