Taphrodonta kelleri
Taxonomy
Taphrodonta kelleri was named by Nikitina et al. (2006). Its type specimen is USNM 485093, a valve (dorsal internal mould), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 209. Kurzhaksai section, which is in an Abereiddian open shallow subtidal limestone/sandstone in the Uzunbulak Formation of Kazakhstan.
