Penthetria gracilis

Taxonomy
Bibio gracilis was named by Unger (1841). Its type specimen is SLJG 77464, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Radoboj (Grätz Collection), which is in a Sarmatian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in Croatia.

It was recombined as Penthetria gracilis by Unger (1842) and Skartveit and Krizmanić (2020).
