Taxonomy
Bufo linquensis was named by Yang (1977). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang Bed sw4, Linchu district, Shantung province, which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine conglomerate/mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
