When: Thitsipin Limestone Formation, Roadian to Roadian (272.3 - 264.3 Ma)

• The locality contains abundant large fusulinids assigned by Diener to "Fusulina elongata Shumard". Although they do not belong to that species from Texas, later authors (e.g. Thompson 1946) determined that Diener's fusulinid belonged to Polydiexodina. In the Thitsipin Limestone Formation, Polydiexodina occurs in the early Guadalupian Neoschwagerina-Verbeekia zone, along with Yangchienia and Verbeekina (Oo et al., 2002).
