• The Pakhachinskaya Suite (Series) is the stratotype of the Pakhachin Horizon (excepting top and bottom layers), this series should be distinguished from the Okhonchevayamskaya (lower) and Uspenskaya (upper) Suites. In this case, the section in Korfa Gulf (along Ugol'naya and Bol'shaya Medvezhka Rivers) is recommended as a stratotype of the suite.
