  • Gopherus auffenbergi: FC 500 (temporary number), a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Cedazo, which is in an Irvingtonian terrestrial horizon in the Tacubaya Formation of Mexico.
  • Gopherus pargensis: TMM 41536-29 (holotype), a partial shell (partial carapace). Its type locality is Cedazo, which is in an Irvingtonian terrestrial horizon in the Tacubaya Formation of Mexico.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore-herbivore

Distribution: found only at Cedazo
