Type specimen: UMMP 34247, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Banks of Escanaba River, below power dam at Chandler Falls, which is in a Rocklandian/Kirkfieldian carbonate limestone in the Chandler Falls Formation of Michigan.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Banks of Escanaba River, below power dam at Chandler Falls
