Type specimen: AMNH 29180, a valve (Right valve). Its type locality is AMNH2010, Beaver Creek, which is in a Kungurian open shallow subtidal packstone in the Park City Formation of Wyoming.

• Permian of United States (2: Texas, Wyoming collections)

• Carboniferous of Brazil (1)
