Type specimen: G34/1994. Its type locality is Ives Head, near Shepshed, which is in an Ediacaran basinal (siliceous) sandstone in the Ives Head Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: stationary upper-level epifaunal osmotroph

Distribution: found only at Ives Head, near Shepshed
