Type specimen: FCMM 2387, a partial skeleton (skull (lacking periotics) and partial skeleton). Its type locality is FCMM 103, which is in a Langhian marine sandstone in the Rosarito Beach Formation of Mexico.
Ecology: aquatic carnivore
Distribution: found only at FCMM 103
