Type specimen: Holotype: S049, housed in the Department of Plant Science, University of Tasmania., a leaf (Cuticle). Its type locality is Hasties, which is in an Eocene/Eocene fluvial mudstone/gravel in Australia.
Distribution: found only at Hasties
